Ann Jonkman, M.D. completed her undergraduate studies at Purdue University and graduated in 1993 with a degree in Biological Sciences. She then attended Indiana University School of Medicine and received her medical degree in 1998. She went on to do her residency in Pediatrics at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio through The Ohio State University School of Medicine and completed the program in 2001. Dr. Jonkman has been practicing pediatrics in Lafayette since 2005. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Jonkman is board certified by the American Board of
Pediatrics.

  

 

 

 

Jewel Marino, M.D. completed her medical degree at the University
of the Philippines Manila in Manila, Philippines. She completed
her internship in Pediatrics at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital,
GeisingerMedical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. She did an
away rotation at the Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Department at the Children’s Hospital of the King’s
Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Marino is board certified
by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the
American Academy of Pediatrics.


 

 

 

Anna Wildermuth, M.D. is a native Hoosier who attended high school at Culver Girls Academy and completed her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of North Carolina. She returned to Indiana University School of Medicine for her medical training. Dr. Wildermuth went on to do her residency in pediatrics at the University of Chicago Wyler's Children Hospital and finished her training at Duke University in Durham, N.C. Dr. Wildermuth is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Allison Austin, MSN, RN, CPNP completed her bachelor's degree in Nursing at the Saint Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lafayette and Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer. She completed master's in the science of nursing in the primary care pediatric nurse practitioner program from Purdue University in West Lafayette this May. Allison holds a current Indiana Registered Nursing license. She has a Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification; a S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification and a CPR certification. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society.

 

 

 

 

Karrie Tarter, RN, MSN, NNP-BC, CPNP completed her bachelor’s
degree in Nursing at Purdue University in West Lafayette,
Indiana. She then completed her MSN-Neonatal Nurse
Practitioner Program at Indiana University School of Nursing
in Indianapolis. Karrie recently completed her Post Masters
Certificate in the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program at
Purdue University. Karrie is board certified by the National
Certification Corporation as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
and is Pediatric Nursing Certification Board Certified. She is a
member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, National
Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and National
Association Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.


 

Marie Weatherwax, MSN, RN, CPNP completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as her Masters of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She is board certified as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She holds her Registered Nursing license, Advanced Practice Nursing license, and has an Active Health Providers Basic Life Support certification. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristyn Zundo, MSN, RN, CPNP-BC completed her bachelor's degree in Nursing and her master of science degree in Nursing-Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Specialization Program at Purdue University in West Lafayette. She has a BLS of Healthcare Providers certification, a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification and a S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar and Safe Care, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, Emotional Support) Program certification.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Glenda Clossin, RN, IBCLC completed her diploma in Nursing at St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lafayette. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant by International Lactation Consultant Association International (ILCA). She is a member of International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) and Indiana Perinatal Network. Glenda has practiced in the Lafayette area as a Lactation Consultant since 1190; serving families, mothers and infants.
